Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before sing the CTags application (the “Service”) operated by CryptoCompany OÜ (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Thank you for downloading and installing our app. CTags lets you easily search for pictures on your device. You simply type a search word or phrase into the App and the app will search through the tags to find matches to the search terms. You can organize your whole photo gallery with the use of tags and message or email a tagged picture to your friends and family.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Use of the Service

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, personal license to use the Service solely for your personal, noncommercial use. We may terminate or suspend this license and your access to the Services at any time for any reason or no reason. CryptoCompany OÜ reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the service and its content.

Safety Concerns and Compliance with the Law

You will not use this App in a manner that could jeopardize the safety of you or others around you. You will not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, pornographic, untruthful, discriminates against, creates disruption, harasses with, interferes with, contains hate speech, incites violence, makes threats, and other acts we determine at our sole discretion as negative to the Service.

You will not use the Service for creating automated pictures and tags for the purpose of mass emailing, spamming or any other purpose. If we detect large volumes of data utilized as part of your use of the Service, we may require additional service fees from you to offset the cost of providing the Service.

You will not attempt to hack into the Service through malicious code, viruses, malformed tags or pictures, or any other means.

Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates and each of its representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of, or access to, the Service, or (ii) your violation of the Terms of Service or any applicable law, contract, policy, regulation or other obligation. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in connection therewith.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties that the services are merchantable and fit for your particular purposes. You bear the entire risk as to selecting the Service for your purposes and as to the quality and performance of the Service.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way relating to the use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of CryptoCompany OÜ and CryptoCompany OÜ is not responsible for any content on any linked website. The language used for communications between the Users and the Service is the English language. As the Service grows, we may expand the languages to include others.
